You can book a telephone appointment with your GP by phoning our trained reception staff, who will give you an appointment time at which the doctor will phone you. Please ensure you leave a contact telephone number and that you will keep your phone on and with you. If the clinician feels it is appropriate, we may wish to do a video consultation (if you have a smartphone or laptop which can support this). If the clinician feels they need to review you face-to-face you will be given a specific time to attend.
If you feel your medical issue is urgent you will be phoned back by the GP to triage your issue. When calling, our trained staff will ask you the nature of your call. This will allow us to prioritise urgent medical conditions and/or direct you to the most appropriate healthcare provider for your concern. We ask that you call before 10am to allow us to deal with the issues on the same day. The only exception to this will be for medical emergencies
