Routine appointments – General Practitioner
Routine appointments can be booked up to one week in advance. We aim to provide non-emergency appointments within 48 hours although we cannot guarantee you will see the GP of your choice
Emergency appointments – General Practitioner
Emergency appointments are available on the day of contact. As these appointments are limited you will normally be allocated these after speaking to the GP. If you have a problem which you think could be an emergency e.g. severe chest pain, difficulty breathing etc.
You should tell the receptionist so that the GP can decide what is best for you.
Please let us know immediately if you are seriously unwell.
Extended Hours – General Practitioner
The Practice offers extended hour appointments on a Wednesday for those who cannot attend during normal working hours. Please speak to our receptionist if you need this service.
Please note there is no Treatment Room or Practice Nurse available at this time.
Routine appointments – Practice Nurse
Routine appointments can be made with Practice Nurses up to six weeks in advance. Telephone the receptionist who will arrange your smear test, vaccination or chronic disease screening etc.
Telephone Advice
A Doctor is available for URGENT telephone advice between the hours of 8.30am to 10.00am Monday to Friday.
Please let us know if you are unable to keep an appointment as it can always be re-allocated even at short notice

Please note a telephone interpretation service will be provided, and a face to face interpreter will be available for under 18 years or vulnerable patients only (i.e. hearing impairment or cognitively impaired persons).
